Wow. We just got home from a weekend away and found our full wedding video had arrived in the post and immediately sat down to watch it. We are just speechless. I could just sit and watch it over and over, on repeat.

One of the best decisions we ever made was to go with Maple Media. If any bride is debating whether or not to go for a videographer, I would 100% recommend it. They truly captured the day perfectly and allowed us our dream of re-living the day, through the video footage. **Maple Media Productions** are based in Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland. We are a professional digital media company specialising in natural documentary videography and beautiful cinematic wedding films. Our passion is capturing all those precious moments of your big day!
**We cover all of Scotland and the North of England but will also travel further afield if required.**

Cinematic or Documentary

**Cinematic or Documentary the choice is yours!**
Our classic **Documentary** wedding videos are typically 60 - 90 minutes long. Your day is filmed naturally as it unfolds and we are very much in the background documenting your day as it happens.
Our **Cinematic** films are more stylish and creative with a bit of WOW. For our cinematic films we do need a little bit of time with you on your wedding day, often after the wedding meal when all the photos are finished. We will film you both from multiple camera angles. Our cinematic packages also include separate films of your ceremony, speeches and first dance in full.

Digital Delivery

Our packages include a copy of all your films in HD on **USB** (excluding Silver & Bespoke packages). Additional copies of USB’s or personalised USB’s are available on request.
We can also deliver your high definition wedding films online via vidflow (not suitable for documentary edits). Digital delivery has become one of the most popular ways of distributing wedding films in both the UK and USA. When your films are ready you will be able to view them online instantly and share them with family & friends. The easy to use interface presents each video chapter of your day in a visually appealing way.

We would love to tell the story of your wedding day! Whether it starts with the arrival of your guests or from those early morning preparations, we have a package to suit. Choose from our traditional documentary style packages or our cinematic feature films to tell the story of your big day. Our classic DOCUMENTARY style videos are generally 60-90mins long (film lengths vary depending on the length of the ceremony & speeches) and include the full ceremony, full speeches and first three dances. Our widescreen CINEMATIC feature films are approx. 20/25mins long and contain the best of your ceremony, speeches and dancing mixed with all those other little bits of your day plus some music and some audio from your ceremony & speeches, a bit like an extended highlights film. We will also put together a 4/5min highlights film for you and a short 30sec TEASER film is usually available within 48hrs.

Diamond - £1195

Our most popular package! Two videographers will film your day for optimum coverage from the preparations right through to the evening entertainment. **Free Bride & Groom Prep** filming is included if getting ready at the wedding venue.
**Package includes:**
Two videographer coverage with 3 cameras used for the ceremony, speeches and dancing (we may use 4 if location space permits). Coverage from the preparations (60mins) at the venue, to the end of the third dance.
Aerial filming included (subject to weather and location restrictions).
**Documentary** film included (60-90mins) or **Cinematic** feature film - **Plus £100** (25mins).
Highlights film (4/5mins).
30sec Teaser film normally available within 48hrs.
Full ceremony, full speeches and first three dances edited.

Fully edited to your choice of music (documentary edit only).

Our Gold Plus package includes our 60-90mins **Documentary** style edit. Coverage starts with some bridal prep (at the venue) then arrivals and continues through the day to the end of the third dance. Includes filming of bridal prep (30mins at the venue), the location, arrivals, ceremony, photoshoot, reception, speeches and evening entertainment with your ceremony, speeches and first three dances shown in full.
**Package includes:**
One videographer coverage with 2 cameras used for the ceremony, speeches and dancing (we may use 3 if location space permits).
Aerial filming included (subject to weather and location restrictions).
Documentary edit (60-90mins).
Highlights film (4/5mins).

Gold - £795

Our Gold package is a traditional documentary style edit. Coverage starts with arrivals and continues through the day to the end of the third dance. Includes filming of the location, arrivals, ceremony, photoshoot, reception, speeches and evening entertainment with your ceremony, speeches and first three dances shown in full.
**Package includes:**
One videographer coverage with 2 cameras used for the ceremony, speeches and dancing (we may use 3 if location space permits).
Aerial filming included (subject to weather and location restrictions).
Full wedding film (60-90mins) plus highlights film (4/5mins).

Silver - £695

Our Silver package is designed to cover the most important parts of your day. Coverage starts with arrivals and continues through the day to the end of the speeches (before the meal). Includes filming of the location, arrivals, ceremony, photoshoot, reception and speeches.
**Package includes:**
One videographer coverage with 2 cameras used for the ceremony and speeches.
10mins **Highlights** film plus films of full ceremony and speeches.
30sec Teaser film normally available within 48hrs.
Licensed music used for highlights film.
Digital downloads of films via vidflow.

Bespoke Packages - from £500

Are you planning a small wedding or maybe just don’t want our full day video coverage. Our Bespoke Package can be tailored by you to suit your needs. For example you may wish us to only film your ceremony. Let us know want you want!
Our Bespoke Package includes up to 2 hours of filming. Additional hours can be added as required. This package is also ideal for Vows Renewals and Elopements.
**Package Includes:**
Up to two hours of filming.
Feature film (4/5mins) with licensed music plus full ceremony film.
Digital downloads of films via vidflow.
If you’d like us to continue filming for a bit longer, then it’s £75 per hour.

***N.B. Editing times for wedding films can vary from 4 weeks to 18 weeks depending on demand, time of year etc.***

How To Book

If you wish to book us for your wedding, then the first thing you have to do is check we are available for your big day. We can be booked up to two years in advance for Friday and Saturday weddings during the peak wedding months (May to September) and usually between 6-12 months for all other days & dates. When we confirm your date is free, all you have to do to secure our services for your wedding day is to pay the booking fee of £250. This can be done in person if you'd like to meet us before making a booking. If you want to make sure you don't miss out on your preferred date, you can pay your booking fee by direct bank transfer (details available on request).

Please note, all bookings are taken on a first come basis. Unfortunately, we cannot take provisional bookings.

Payment of the relevant booking fee confirms your booking and is deductible from your package price with the balance due 2 months before the date of your wedding. Dates are reserved only when the booking fee is paid. We also require a signed booking form. Upon signature of booking agreement Maple Media Productions reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make any other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, all booking fees are non-refundable, even if the date is changed or wedding cancelled for any reason.
