Maple Media Productions are based in Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland. We are a professional digital media company specialising in natural documentary videography and beautiful cinematic wedding films. Our passion is capturing all those precious moments of your big day!
We cover all of Scotland but will also travel further afield if required.

Our range of packages include short form cinematic highlights films of between 5 and 10 mins long. Our classic documentary wedding videos are typically 60 - 90 minutes long.
With our documentary package your day is filmed naturally as it unfolds and we are very much in the background documenting your day as it happens.
Our shorter cinematic highlights films are more stylish and creative with a bit of WOW. For these films we do need a little bit of time with you on your wedding day, often after the wedding meal when all the photos are finished. We will film you both from multiple camera angles. Our cinematic packages include separate films of your ceremony, speeches and first dance in full.
Digital Delivery
We deliver your high definition wedding films online via Vidflow. Digital delivery has become one of the most popular ways of distributing wedding films in both the UK and USA. When your films are ready you will be able to view them online instantly and share them with family & friends. The easy to use interface presents each video chapter of your day in a visually appealing way. Films on USB can still be ordered if required.

We would love to tell the story of your wedding day! Whether it starts with the arrival of your guests or from those early morning preparations, we have a package to suit. Choose from our traditional documentary style package or one of our short form cinematic highlights films to tell the story of your big day. Our classic documentary style videos are generally 60-90mins long (film lengths vary depending on the length of the ceremony & speeches) and include the full ceremony, full speeches and first three dances. Our widescreen short form highlight feature films vary from 4 to 10 mins long and contain the best of your ceremony, speeches and dancing mixed with all those other little bits of your day plus some music and some audio from your ceremony & speeches, a bit like an extended highlights film. We will also put together a short 60sec teaser film which is usually available within 48hrs.

All our packages can be tailored to suit your individual requirements, just let us know the type of coverage you are looking for. Travel costs up to 75 miles from Glasgow (excluding ferries) is included with all packages, additional travel costs will apply for weddings further afield.
***N.B. Editing times for wedding films can vary from 4 weeks to 18 weeks depending on demand, time of year etc.***
If you wish to book us for your wedding, then the first thing you have to do is check we are available for your big day. We can be booked up to two years in advance for Friday and Saturday weddings during the peak wedding months (May to September) and usually between 6-12 months for all other days & dates. When we confirm your date is free, all you have to do to secure our services for your wedding day is to pay the booking fee of £250. This can be done in person if you'd like to meet us before making a booking. If you want to make sure you don't miss out on your preferred date, you can pay your booking fee by direct bank transfer (details available on request).
Please note, all bookings are taken on a first come basis. Unfortunately, we cannot take provisional bookings.
Payment of the relevant booking fee confirms your booking and is deductible from your package price with the balance due 2 months before the date of your wedding. Dates are reserved only when the booking fee is paid. We also require a signed booking form. Upon signature of booking agreement Maple Media Productions reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make any other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, all booking fees are non-refundable, even if the date is changed or wedding cancelled for any reason.
